Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time may be longer during sales, launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Strand by Tye. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. Strand by Tye is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Strand by Tye is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and damaged items so we can assist you.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders in the Orlando, Florida area. Customers will receive pickup instructions after their order is confirmed.
