1. About Strand by Tye
Strand by Tye provides hair, beauty, personal-care products, and related services. Our online store allows customers to browse products, place orders, make payments, and receive products through available shipping or local pickup options.

Customers are responsible for reading product labels, ingredient information, and directions before use.
If you have allergies, sensitivities, or concerns about an ingredient, please review the ingredients before purchasing or using a product.
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Strand by Tye is not responsible for reactions resulting from a customer’s use of a product, including failure to review ingredients or follow product directions.
Our product descriptions are provided for informational and cosmetic purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our website does not guarantee that the order will be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that may require cancellation.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the amount charged.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.
Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.
Strand by Tye uses third-party payment processors, including payment services provided through Shopify. We do not directly store complete payment card information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Delivery dates and times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Strand by Tye.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Strand by Tye is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Strand by Tye is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery.

7. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders in the Orlando, Florida area.
Customers who select local pickup will receive pickup instructions after their order has been confirmed.
Customers should not arrive for pickup until they have received confirmation and pickup instructions from Strand by Tye.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our return and refund rules are described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Because our products include personal-care items, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within the time period stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact Strand by Tye within the time period stated in our Refund & Return Policy and provide the requested information and photographs.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact Strand by Tye as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or provide a cancellation.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use our website to:
